We do our best to ensure your dental care meets your individual needs and will discuss the proposed treatment and treatment options with you giving you as much time as you need to ask questions and consider alternatives. We will give you a personalised computer estimate, itemising all costs for your treatment. If your treatment plan changes we will keep you fully informed with all charges explained in advance.

Children are always welcome – however young they are.
We love having children visit our practice as we focus on prevention and promotion of oral health. When children visit us we let them become familiar with the surroundings and what to expect
when going to the dentist.
We do not charge for dental examinations for children under the age of 16yrs.
Strict confidentiality of patient records and information is maintained at all times. Patient records will not be passed on to any third parties without the patients express and written permission.
Should you have a dental emergency outside the normal practice hours, please telephone 01462 894400 or 0791 869 1493 which will put you in contact with the dentist on call. You may not see your usual dentist but we will aim to deal with the immediate problem.
During practice hours, we endeavour to see any patient who has a dental emergency.
The practice is open during the following hours :
Monday 9.30am to 7.30pm
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9.30am to 5.30pm
Friday 9.30am to 3.00pm
Alternate Saturdays 9.00am to 1.00pm
